Call for offered talks on Plasmids and Mobile Elements for 2021
Following the further postponement of Plasmid Biology 2021 to 2022 (still in Toulouse, 18-23 September 2022 ) we are inviting early career scientists (primarily research students [Masters/PhD/grad] and postdocs/research fellows) to talk about their work to our global Plasmid Biology community. Please tell colleagues or people in your group.
On-line sessions will run in May and June 2021.
To offer a talk please prepare a Word file named: YOURLASTNAME_Abstract ISPB. The file should include: Title, Author(s), Institution, short Abstract of <150 words, PI/Supervisor Name, and where you will be located next May/June. This should be sent to the email address: email@example.com by 27th January 2021
Hosted sessions will run in North America; Europe and the Far East/Australia. We will put your talk in a session in the closest time zone.
Sessions will also provide opportunities to network with other researchers and we are hoping that people from all time zones will participate in all sessions.
To promote these interactions we will also offer a prize for the best image that captures the idea of “Plasmids Around the Globe”, however you interpret that. These entries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org by 12 February 2021.
